How to Request Data Deletion
To permanently delete your Analytics Grade account and purge all associated metrics, configurations, reports, and personal information from our databases, please use one of the following methods:
Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

- What to include: Please send the email from the address associated with your Analytics Grade account, or provide your account username/ID so we can verify your identity.

You can also submit a request via our main contact form. Include your account email or username so we can verify your identity.

What Happens When You Request Deletion?
Data Purge
Upon receiving and verifying your request, our team will permanently remove your user profile, account settings, connected API integrations, and stored historical metrics from our active databases and backup servers.
Processing Time
The deletion process is typically completed within 7 business days. We will send a confirmation email to you once the process is finalized.
Irreversible Action
Please note that this action is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, Analytics Grade cannot recover your custom dashboards, report histories, or account configurations.
Before you proceed: Export any reports or data you may need before submitting a deletion request. After deletion, recovery is not possible.
